Welcome to Sanchay’s documentation!
Sanchay (/səⁿcəj/) is a collection of tools and APIs, particularly annotation interfaces, written mainly in Java. It can useful for purposes of Natural Language Processing, especially linguistic annotation. It has been used for creating syntactico-semantic treebanks many languages, in particular Indian languages.
It is an open source project hosted on GitHub <https://github.com/NLPSanchay/>`_ and, among other things, offers a simple and intuitive linguistic annotation interface.

Usage
Installation
To use Lumache, first install it using pip:
(.venv) $ pip install lumache
Creating recipes
To retrieve a list of random ingredients,
you can use the lumache.get_random_ingredients()
function:
The kind
parameter should be either "meat"
, "fish"
,
or "veggies"
. Otherwise, lumache.get_random_ingredients()
will raise an exception.
For example:
>>> import lumache
>>> lumache.get_random_ingredients()
['shells', 'gorgonzola', 'parsley']
